THE STYLESHEET IS A MULTIFACETED REMOTE CREATIVE STUDIO BASED IN THE YARRA VALLEY. SMALL BUSINESS FOCUSED, WE SUCCESSFULLY CREATE CAPTIVATING BRAND STORIES THROUGH INNOVATION, TECHNOLOGY AND STRATEGY.

MINI BRAND KIT // $850+GST

This mini brand kit is perfect for you if you already have a logo but do not have a 'brand' to go with it. This kit contains all the tools you need to confidently tell your business story across your socials and print material. We will deliver you cohesive brand elements, fonts, icons and multiple variations of your logo so that your brand will look and feel consistent. › Design brief & questionnaire › Logo variations (colours, stacked, linear, submark, icons) › 5 x Instagram static templates) › Brand board cheat sheet / variations, colour codes and typography - how it works in the wild › Print & digital ready files via Google Drive › Upload existing brand kit to Canva (optional)

More accurate delivery times are usually calculated after design briefs and content requests are completed. The timeline outlined is a general indication of when the project may be delivered. Events outside the control of The Stylesheet, including changes, delayed feedback, content submission, outstanding invoices and approvals may result in an extended delivery date.

Projects.

PAYMENT TERMS

Website projects are billed in five project intervals.

All other projects require payment upon invoice receipt or per custom terms.

Work cannot commence without the first payment instalation/deposit as quoted/specified in proposal.

The Stylesheet maintains the discretion to suspend services, withhold all artwork files, or take a website/project offline if a payment is overdue or owed from an outstanding project.

If in the event of an unpaid invoice a debt collector is required, this will be at the cost of the client.

Overdue invoices over 14 days will incur a 5% fee of your total balance for every day after until paid.

Any extra web work required outside the original quote will be charged at an hourly rate of $150 + GST or as individually scoped.

If a client is unresponsive when requested for content and needed approvals to further the project for greater than 14 days, the final balance of the project will be billed and deemed completed. The client will have 14 days to pay the balance owing to restart the project with remaining items. If failure to respond or pay the outstanding invoice within this 14 day period the project will be closed and archived. The client will then need to re-book another spot and incur a restart fee of $200+GST to begin the project again as originally agreed.

Any offers, promotions or bundle discounts cannot be used in conjunction with any other agreed discount.

DELIVERY TIME

Websites usually take around 2-5 weeks or per your custom project timeline.

Branding projects usually require 2 weeks to complete.

The timeline outlined (if applicable) is a general indication of when the project may be delivered.

Events outside the control of The Stylesheet, including changes, delayed feedback, content submission, outstanding invoices and approvals may result in an extended delivery date.

The Stylesheet will endeavour to turn around a project as quickly as possible, however, your deadlines may not align with our working schedule. We will aim to work with you to achieve the best possible delivery time we can.

This quote is confidential and cannot be shared with any third parties without the prior consent of The Stylesheet.

The Stylesheet reserves the right to use any work created for the client on our website, social media and/or marketing purposes.

QUOTES

All quotes are exclusive of GST (10%) and valid for 14 days.

Prices and quotes may vary depending on individual project requirements and product price increases outside of The Stylesheet’s control.

PROOFING & PRINTING

Please make sure you check your final artwork carefully proof read for any incorrect details or spelling errors which may have been overlooked.

Colour Proofing – what you see on your screen will always look slightly brighter than the print version.

Trimming may vary up to 1mm from the proof.

The Stylesheet will not accept liability for any errors in design or print quality once the artwork and printing proof has been approved.
